Mountain Dew Doritos Cupcakes
It's super easy and super delicious, so get your baking tools ready and let's get started!
Mountain Dew Doritos Cupcakes Ingredients
Lemon cake mix
Mountain Dew
Lemon / lemon juice
Vanilla icing
Green food coloring (optional: yellow)
Doritos
How To Do The Dew
Follow the instructions on the lemon cake mix box, but instead of water use Mountain Dew. You may choose to add green or yellow food coloring to your cake batter if you wish, but use sparingly because you do not want to take away from the dew flavor.
Squeeze 1/2 a lemon into the vanilla icing and add a few droplets of green food coloring. Mix well.
After you have iced your cupcakes, add crushed Doritos on top.
Now, enjoy!
